Candidates for mayor of Bogota vote with hope that there will not be a runoff election

Bogota, Oct 29 (EFE) - Candidates for mayor of Bogota voted on Sunday in a day that in the Colombian capital runs smoothly and where the hope of each is to win in the first round and not have to hold, for the first time in the city, a second round on November 19.
