Campaign rally of candidate of new Popular Front at a market in Drancy | Video

Drancy (France), Jun 28 (EFE/EPA) - The former French deputy of the group The Unsubmissive France and candidate of the new Popular Front, Raquel Garrido, today went to the market of Drancy, near Paris, as part of the campaign events on Friday, before the first round of the French elections this Sunday.

The French extreme right rises in voting intentions and could get 37% of the vote in the first round of the legislative next Sunday along with their conservative allies, according to a survey published Friday, on the last day of campaigning.

That means two percentage points more than last 21st, explains the OpinionWay polling institute, which made this new survey on Wednesday and Thursday with a representative sample of 1,058 people.

In second position, the new Popular Front, which gathers the left-wing parties, would obtain 28 % of the votes, the same percentage that was attributed to it on Friday last week.
