Building lights up in Chennai in the colors of the Indian flag

Chennai (India), Aug 14 (EFE), (Camera: Idrees Mohammed).- The Ripon building in the city of Chennai, in the state of Tamil Nadu, was illuminated tonight with the colors of the Indian flag with occasion of the celebrations for the 75th anniversary of the independence of this country.

India declared independence from British colonialism on August 15, 1947 and celebrates its 75th independence day on August 15, 2022.
