"Brazil is not negotiating with France; Mercosur is negotiating with the EU," says Lula

Brasilia, Mar 28 (EFE) - Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, expressed their differences on Thursday regarding the agreement between the European Union (EU) and Mercosur, which has stalled once again.
