Brazil forecasts record sugar cane production

Rio de Janeiro Apr 18 (EFE).- Brazil, the world's largest producer and exporter of refined sugar and sugarcane ethanol, will harvest 713.2 million tons of sugarcane in the 2023-2024 harvest, the largest production in its history, according to a projection released Thursday by the government.
