Former world boxing champion Rosendo Álvarez returns for match in Nicaragua

San José, Jul 25 (EFE).- Former world boxing champion Rosendo 'Búfalo' Álvarez returned to the ring on September 15 to headline an entertainment fight at the Polideportivo Alexis Argüello in Managua, the organizers announced on Thursday.

His opponent was the controversial Nicaraguan businessman Juan Caldera, a man over 50 years old who self-styled himself as a "sugar daddy," "influencer," and artist. (Camera: EFE).
