Boric accuses Bolivia of obstructing the expulsion of migrants and proposes dialogue

Santiago de Chile, Mar 15 (EFE)- Chilean President Gabriel Boric on Wednesday accused Bolivia of obstructing the expulsion of irregular migrants who are caught crossing the common border and instructed the Foreign Ministry to "resume talks" to try to solve the crisis.
