Bomb threats to over 50 schools create panic in Indian capital

New Delhi, May 1 (EFE).- More than 50 schools in New Delhi received emails with bomb threats on Wednesday, prompting the Indian capital's police to evacuate and search several schools and creating panic among students and parents.

"The number of schools (that have received threats) is increasing, as of now there are more than 50," Deputy Commissioner of Police Ranjit Singh told EFE, from the Sanskriti school in the capital. (Camera: MIKAELA VIQUEIRA).
