Bolivian teachers see "betrayal" in salary increase agreed by COB and Arce

La Paz, Apr 27 (EFE) - Teachers in urban areas of Bolivia on Thursday described as "betrayal" the salary increase agreed for this year between the government of Luis Arce and the leaders of the Central Obrera Boliviana (COB) as insufficient.
