Santa Cruz (Bolivia), Nov 7 (EFE) - The National Association of Oilseed and Wheat Producers (Anapo) of Bolivia warned Thursday that the country's food sovereignty is at risk due to lack of fuel, which prevents harvesting and transportation of products to different regions.
