Bolivia proposes to Chile to "leave the wounds behind" and resume the dialogue over the coastline

La Paz, Mar 22 (EFE).- The president of Bolivia, Luis Arce, proposed this Friday a new stage of "bilateral rapprochement" with Chile, during the commemorative acts for the Day of the Sea, to address six challenges that include the Andean country's claim to its coastline, among other issues of mutual interest.
