Bolivia begins commemoration of the 143rd anniversary of the loss of its access to the sea

La Paz, Mar 22 (EFE), (Camera: Gabriel Romano).- Bolivia began commemorating the 143rd anniversary of the loss of its coastline on Tuesday with the transfer of the remains of the hero Eduardo Abaroa to a square of the same name in La Paz and ratifying its "commitment" to regain sovereign access to the sea.
