Bolivia to bid farewell with honors at government headquarters to deputy minister who died in a traffic accident

La Paz, Feb 28 (EFE) - Bolivia will bid farewell with honors at the Government headquarters in La Paz to the vice minister of Transport, Israel Ticona, who died in a traffic accident while on his way to manage the solution to a road blockade in the east of the country, an event for which three people have been arrested.
