The boat that travels the rivers of the Peruvian Amazon to care for jungle children

San Lorenzo (Peru), Jun 26 (EFE) - It is still dark, but in a remote river port in the Peruvian Amazon, a white boat starts its engine and, after hours of travel, arrives at an indigenous community. Throughout the day, the nurses on board will vaccinate children and look after the condition of pregnant women who have no access to health services.
