Biodiversity finance continues to block agreement at COP 15

Montreal, Dec 17 (EFE).- Disagreements over financing continued on Saturday to prevent consensus at the UN Biodiversity Conference (COP15) with 48 hours to go before the meeting concludes, however, president of the negotiations, Chinese Huang Rinqiu, was confident that an agreement would be reached.
