Biocontainment laboratory, genesis of Spanish Covid vaccine

Barcelona (Spain), ??Oct 31 (EFE) .- Before testing it on people, the promising Covid vaccine from the Spanish pharmaceutical company Hipra was tested on animals in the laboratory of IRTA-CReSA, one of the few in Spain that can work with viruses so contagious thanks to the biocontainment system, which prevents leaks to the outside.
