Biden seeks more oil production despite his pledge to reduce carbon emissions

Baytown, Nov 1 (EFE/EPA).- President of the United States Joe Biden urged major energy producing countries to boost production despite his pledge to cut carbon emissions at the climate summit in Glasgow.
