The best gourmet burger is eaten at Bágoa Gastrobar, by Martín Fernández from Orense

Madrid, April 22 (EFE).- The Orense chef Martín Fernández, from Bágoa Gastrobar (Ourense) has emerged today as the winner of the fourth edition of the 'Burger Combat', the battle between chefs who seek to turn their burger into the best in Spain, with his proposal 'A fuxidía ', made with cheek and Galician cabbage 'kimchi'.
