Bees that will save the planet make the purest honey on Easter Island

Easter Island (Chile), Nov 25 (EFE), (Camera: Rodrigo Saez) - Isolated in the middle of the Pacific, with hardly any predators and free of all the diseases that decimate them in the world, the bees of Easter Island release the purest honey and are emerging as the salvation of the planet.

Rodrigo Labra, one of the island's beekeepers, knows this very well and that is why he and a small group of colleagues are fighting to preserve this treasure and convince governments to declare this enclave in the navel of the world a world bee reserve.
