Barinas was the miracle that changed Guaidó's speech

Caracas, Jan 18 (EFE).- "There are no conditions for a free and fair election in Venezuela." "We only accept a presidential election." Those were the favorite phrases of Juan Guaidó until the candidate of the opposition Sergio Garrido swept Barinas, birthplace of Hugo Chávez, against the ruling party's option Jorge Arreaza. And the miracle took place: the one who calls himself the "interim president" of the country changed the discourse.
