Balinese people begin traveling ahead of Eid al-Fitr holidays

Denpasar, Apr 19 (EFE/EPA).- Millions of people continued Wednesday to leave the Indonesian capital and other major cities for their hometowns ahead of the Eid al-Fitr celebration.

Eid al-Fitr is an Islamic holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, and is celebrated during the first three days of Shawwal, the 10th month of the Islamic calendar. (Camera: MADE NAGI).
