Aureliano Carbonell, ELN negotiator: "The ceasefire in Colombia is in crisis"

Bogota, Nov 2 (EFE) - The bilateral ceasefire in Colombia, which this Friday marks three months, "is in crisis," warns ELN negotiator Aureliano Carbonell in an interview with EFE, attributing it to a military attack on a guerrilla camp but also to the paramilitary offensive in the territories where it operates.
