Argentine silversmith Pallarols' legacy of art, craftsmanship

Buenos Aires, Jun 15 (EFE) - Juan Carlos Pallarols, a renowned goldsmith, began his artistic career surrounded by the craft of goldsmithing.

At the age of seven, he was already creating his first toys and at eleven, he took charge of the family workshop, today known for making Argentina's presidential sceptres.

Pallarols, whose family legacy dates back to the 18th century, believes in continuous improvement and deeply values his roots. He involves thousands of citizens in the making of the presidential sceptres, travelling all over the country to involve them. (Camera: ALBERTO CARATOZZOLO).
