Arce says that despite "sabotage", "artful attacks" and "hybrid warfare" he will not give in

La Paz, Nov 8 (EFE).- Bolivian President Luis Arce said in his speech for the three years of his administration that despite the "sabotage" against his government, "campaigns with artful attacks and lies of coarse caliber" he will not give up and highlighted the progress in industrialization and its economic model.
