Alexandria's Old Town floods amid coastal tide alert

Alexandria, Oct. 29 (EFE/EPA).- Alexandria reports flooding Friday as the Potomac River overflows its banks following a storm surge.

The National Weather Service tweeted this may be one of the biggest tidal flood events of the past 10-20 years. (Camera: JIM LO SCALZO).
