Air-conditioning unit causes fire in Madrid hospital | Video

Madrid, Jul 21 (EFE).- On Sunday, a fire in an air conditioning unit caused the evacuation of several floors of the Fundación Jiménez Díaz University Hospital in Madrid.

The fire has been extinguished by Madrid firefighters.

The emergency services of Drid have reported no serious injuries, but the Summa and the Samur have set up medical stations to attend to anyone who may have inhaled smoke.

The rapid response ensured the safety of the occupants of the hospital and minimised possible damage. (Camera: MANUEL ÚNICA).
