Afghan girls practice yoga in Mazar-e-Sharif

Mazar-e-Sharif (Afghanistan), July 6 (EFE).- A group of Afghans have been practicing yoga in different places in their homes. At first, about 100 girls participated, but due to new rules imposed on women and girls by the Islamic Emirate, the number has decreased.

However, the practice of yoga continues both in person and through WhatsApp videos, which allows them to practice together.
