Activist demand justice for Mexican-Spanish activist killed a year ago in Central Mexico

Puebla, May 21 (EFE).- With sunflowers and candles placed in the place where the Mexican-Spanish activist Cecilia Monzón was assassinated, the Puebla Women's Network on Sunday honored her memory and demanded that the crime does not go unpunished.

Around 50 women from different feminist groups and associations gathered at the point where the crime took place on May 21, 2022, in the municipality of San Pedro Cholula, in the central Mexican state of Puebla. (Camera: GABRIELA GARCÍA).
