Acapulco prepares for summer tourism to boost Mexico's recovery | Video

Acapulco, Mexico, Jul 21 (EFE).- Almost nine months after the devastating impact of Hurricane Otis, merchants and hoteliers in Acapulco, in the southern Mexican state of Guerrero, are preparing for the start of the summer holiday period to welcome thousands of tourists and continue the recovery of this important tourist centre.

In this destination, the entire tourism sector, including businessmen, hoteliers, restaurateurs, authorities and service providers, anticipate a successful period with high expectations, especially because this stage will help the economic recovery of the area. (Camera: DAVID GUZMÁN).
