9th trial session against Spaniard murder defendant continues in Thailand | Video

Samui Island, Apr 25 (EFE).- The trial against Spaniard Daniel Sancho for the alleged premeditated murder of Colombian Edwin Arrieta continued on Thursday in Thailand with the testimony of several police officers and the uncertainty of whether the accused would testify as planned.

In the morning session, which started around 10:00 a.m. with an hour's delay, at the Samui Provincial Court (southern Thailand), two immigration police officers testified who had revoked Sancho's visa before he was formally arrested on the nearby island of Phangan, where the alleged crime took place on August 2, 2023.
