More than 600,000 Venezuelans will be able to vote for the first time in the July presidential elections

Caracas, Apr 17 (EFE).- A total of 604,964 Venezuelans have registered with the National Electoral Council (CNE) as new voters for the presidential elections to be held on July 28, informed the president of the institution, Elvis Amoroso, on Wednesday.
