More than 50,000 officers in the largest police force for the inauguration of Paris 2024

Paris (France), July 26 (EFE).- More than 50,000 police, gendarmes and soldiers constitute this afternoon the largest force of order that has been deployed in Paris, on the occasion of the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games, which has completely disrupted transportation and the normal functioning of the city.
