"Migration is a right, it is a decision. Unfortunately, in our countries, migration occurs due to conditions of violence, these are unwanted migrations, but we urge these new changes of governments, both in the United States and recently in Guatemala, to join in the protection of the lives of thousands of Central Americans who have been in the situation of migrating."
