Some 250,000 people have left town of Khan Younis following evacuation orders

Khan Younis, Jul 2 (EFE) - The Israeli army connected to the national electricity grid a water desalination plant in the city of Khan Younis to supply the "humanitarian zone" of the Palestinian enclave, in the areas of Al Mawasi and Khan Younis itself, in the south of Gaza, and Deir al Balah in the center.

According to Israeli estimates, the affected humanitarian zone includes some 1.9 million displaced persons from the entire Gaza Strip, while the army is carrying out ground operations both in the north, in Gaza City, and in the far south, in Rafah.

We were sent messages by cell phone to warn us of military operations in Abasan, Khan Younis, Abasan al Saghira, bani Suheila and the eastern areas.

We returned to our houses in Abbasan after the Feast of Sacrifice and found most of the house destroyed.

We chose to go back, because in the camps they have no facilities to live in.

-Now you are leaving your homes again where are you going?

We don't know yet but we follow the people, we go to the same place where everyone is going.

We are three families of 11 people

Please come to a truce.

SAMIR ABU DONYA:

-What happened yesterday in Khan Younis?

They sent us messages asking us to evacuate the area, but where are we going, Gaza is already destroyed and in the places where they are guiding us there is no space.

"We are destroyed and our life is difficult, what do we do?"

Our children are on the streets and we have no money to leave the country. The best option is to be annihilated since if or if we are dead. That's why death is more honorable for us.

Where are the Muslims and Arabs to help us, we are a lost people.

-Why are they attacking Khan Yunis again?

I don't know, but they use to enter the area more than once.

We are peaceful civilians and we don't go to war or anything, we are displaced people suffering from lack of place, space and living facilities.

We think where do we leave or where do we go? and we beg God to help us to find a place, we are lost and we wish for death at every moment.

No one helps us. Not one responsible, Arab, Muslim and Christian. They all want the destruction of Gaza.

We have children and babies, and we have nothing to live on. We are fed up.
