Kozhikode, Apr 24 (EFE).- The candidate from the opposition Congress Party (INC) for the general elections in the southern city of Kozhikode presented a packed schedule on Wednesday, marking the last day of campaigning before the second phase on Friday, where over a thousand aspirants are competing for a seat in Parliament.

"I will secure a comfortable majority in these elections; this is my fourth term," M. K. Raghavan told EFE, following a late-night meeting of opposition party leaders dressed immaculately in white, which is practically the uniform of politicians in the state of Kerala, one of the few strongholds of the historic Nehru-Gandhi dynasty formation.
