Pyeongtaek, South Korea, Apr 23 (EFE/EPA).- The workers of Samsung Electronics staged mass protests Thursday to demand higher pay and threatened a 18-day strike if negotiations fail.

The rally was held in front of the Pyeongtaek complex, the world’s largest semiconductor manufacturing center, south of Seoul, and was organized jointly by three unions. (Camera: HAN MYUNG-GU).
