Vintage railway heritage displayed at Golra Railway Station in Islamabad
ISLAMABAD (Pakistan), 14/05/2026.- Canadian Locomotive 5734 is displayed at Golra Sharif Railway Station in Islamabad, Pakistan, 14 May 2026. Manufactured in 1945 by Kingston and Co. of the Canadian Locomotive Company, the broad-gauge steam engine was presented by the Canadian government to Indian State Railways after the Second World War to support railway transport in the subcontinent.
