LIMA (PERÚ), 21/04/2016.- El escritor chileno Carlos Franz ofrece un discurso luego de recibir el premio por gana la segunda Bienal de Novela Mario Vargas Llosa hoy, jueves 21 de abril de 2016, en Lima (Perú). Franz ganó con su obra "Si te vieras con mis ojos", que narra la historia de un triángulo amoroso entre el científico Charles Darwin, el pintor Johan Mortiz Rugendas y la escritora epistolar Carmen Arriagada.
