MADRID, 30/11/09.- Spanish professor Jesus Neira, delivers his speech after being named new President of the Domestic Violence Advisory Council of Madrid Region, in Madrid, Spain, 30 November 2009. Neira was in coma for months after being assaulted by the man he had stopped from hitting his partner.
