Brazilian chef Alex Atala takes part into a conference enttitle 'Brazil pre-Portugal' during the International Gastronomy Summit 'Madrid Fusion', at IFEMA exhibition site in Madrid, Spain, 23 January 2013. The event takes place from 21 until 23 January 2013. More than a 100 chefs will be able to interact with visitors with 30 unseen demonstrations, 40 new products and 18 workshops. EFE/Javier Lizon
