SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA, 04/05/1980.- El lider de la Vuelta Ciclista a España, Faustino Rupérez (Zor-Vereco), hace entrega de un maillot amarillo al alcalde de Santiago de Compostela, José Antonio Souto Paz (3d), ante el presidente de la Xunta de Galicia, José Quiroga Suárez (4i), el presidente de la Unión Ciclista Internacional (UCI) Luis Puig (2d), el rector de la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela (USC), Suarez Núñez (d), y otras autoridades, con motivo del paso de los corredores por la localidad gallega.
