LA MANGA (MURCIA), 27/04/1977.- El corredor español José Luis Viejo, del conjunto Kas, disputa la primera etapa de la Vuelta Ciclista a España, sobre un recorrido 115 kilómetros, entre Dehesa de Campoamor y La Manga. La victoria de etapa ha sido para el belga Freddy Maertens que, por segundo día consecutivo, se mantiene al frente de la clasificación general.
