TÁRREGA (LÉRIDA), 03/05/1959.- El leridano Juan Escola (Licor 43) entra vencedor en la meta volante de Tárrega, seguido muy de cerca de su compañero de equipo Antonio Suarez, ganador de la décima etapa de la Vuelta Ciclista a España, que se ha disputado hoy entre Granollers y Lérida, sobre un recorrido de 183 kms. El francés Pierre Everaert (St. Raphael-Geminiani) lidera la clasificación general.
