The awards reward the best jobs in printed journalism (to Pedro Simon and Alberto de Lolli for their reports in El Mundo newspaper), digital journalism (to Gerardo Reyes of Univision), photojournalism (to Jose Palazon) and profesional career award to Venezuelan Teodoro Petkoff, who is the director of the newspaper Tal Cual.
