MADRID, 25/11/1992.- De (i-d) El ministro de Exteriores, el presidente y el vicepresidente del Gobierno español, Javier Solana, Felipe González y Narcís Serra, tras lograr el respaldo de la mayoría de los miembros del Senado, en el pleno celebrado esta tarde, para ratificar el Tratado de la Unión Europea, firmado el pasado 7 de febrero en Maastricht.
