GRA006 BARCELONA, 19/01/2015.- Jean-Louis Neichel, el único chef en España que, junto con Arzak, mantiene una estrella Michelín desde hace casi 40 años, cerrará el 31 de enero el restaurante que lleva su nombre "porque persiste la crisis y en la gastronomía no parece que vaya a pasar, y me niego a bajar la calidad", según asegura en una entrevista con Efe.
