The meeting was held a day after Catalonia's office of the public prosecutor refused to follow Spanish Attorney-General Eduardo Torres-Dulce's instructions to bring auctions against Artur Mas and other Catalonian Government members for organizing the non-binding vote for the independence from Spain held on 09 November 2014.
