ESPAÑA ACCIDENTE SPANTAX
MÁLAGA, 13/09/1982.- El presidente del Gobierno, Leopoldo Calvo Sotelo (3iz), acompañado de Rafael Escuredo (2dc) y del embajador de los Estados Unidos en España, Terence Todman (3dc), visita el lugar donde se ha estrellado el avión DC-10 de la compañía Spantax, que se dirigía en vuelo charter 995 a Nueva York con 380 pasajeros y trece tripulantes a bordo. El número de víctimas mortales asciende a 46, aunque hay 31 personas desaparecidos.
