Australian travellers from Hantavirus-affected cruise arrive in Perth
PERTH (Australia), 15/05/2026.- A charter plane carrying Australian travellers who spent time on the Hantavirus‑infected cruise ship MV Hondius arrives at RAAF Base Pearce in Perth, Australia, 15 May 2026. Four citizens and a permanent resident returning from the affected vessel will be placed in an official isolation centre to prevent the spread of the virus.
