Yungay, Boric's “cool” neighborhood that struggles between stigma, insecurity and art

Santiago de Chile, Oct 4 (EFE).- It was considered one of the 10 “coolest” neighborhoods in the world by Time magazine in 2022 and has more museums per square meter than any other in Chile, but at the same time makes headlines for being the scene of violent crimes from time to time: the Yungay neighborhood, where President Gabriel Boric lives, is torn between stigma, insecurity and art.
